Director Cheryl Cohen filed notice of a proposed sale of 81,056 ImmunityBio shares valued at about $752,000. The sale falls under a trading plan adopted February 27, 2026. Of those shares, 55,979 came from an option exercised the same day.

The National Cancer Institute suspended a Phase 1/2 study of a cancer lysate vaccine, given with or without N-803, as adjuvant therapy in PD-L1-negative lung cancer. The registry gives the reason as revisions to eligibility and design before the first participant enrolled.

Pancreatic cancer study withdrawn before enrollment#

ImmunityBio withdrew a Phase 1 study of neoadjuvant nogapendekin alfa inbakicept with sotevtamab, zabadinostat, gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel in borderline resectable or locally advanced pancreatic cancer. No patients had enrolled. The registry attributes the withdrawal to a change in development plans unrelated to safety.

Placebo-controlled sepsis trial registered#

ImmunityBio registered a Phase 2a randomized, double-blind trial comparing nogapendekin alfa inbakicept plus standard care against placebo plus standard care in critically ill adults with sepsis. The study plans to enroll about 50 patients, with 28-day all-cause mortality as its primary endpoint and a planned start of October 15, 2026.

Washington University School of Medicine registered a Phase 1b study of sipuleucel-T combined with N-803 in metastatic prostate cancer resistant to androgen-pathway drugs. Dendreon and ImmunityBio are collaborators, and the study plans to enroll about 30 patients.
